This policy takes effect when the Art for Everyone Atelier store launches. It is published in advance as part of the ecosystem's commitment to transparency.
1. Refund window
Physical Atelier items: [REPLACE: 30] days from delivery, in original condition. EU/UK consumers additionally have the statutory 14-day cooling-off right for distance purchases.
2. What is not refundable
Digital downloads once delivered (except where required by law), and personalized/made-to-order pieces, unless defective.
3. How to request
Email love@guileosound.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within [REPLACE: 10] business days of approval.
4. Defective items
Defective or misdescribed items are refunded or replaced at our cost, including return shipping.
